Working under skilled professionals to gain practical skills and knowledge. Managing meeting room schedules and ensuring appropriate tech support is available as needed. Learning responsibilities, attending off-the-job training, assisting with tasks and developing communication skills to progress into a skilled role. Learning to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and other professionals, both orally and in writing.
