Your tasks
Order management: entering, monitoring, and updating order status.
Preparing commercial offers and quotes.
Administrative support for the sales force.
Managing contractual and commercial documentation.
Coordinating with logistics and warehouse for shipment planning.
Customer support for order, delivery, and invoicing information.
Updating and maintaining the company CRM.
Developing sales reports.
Entering supplier and customer records.
Activating invoicing processes for work progress.
Your profile
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in economics, business, or a similar field.
Previous experience in a commercial back office role (at least 2 years).
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Familiarity with management and CRM software.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of English.
