The mission of this role
To support the NPD process and entire life of catalogue products, with special focus on Makeup category.
Key Responsibilities
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Support trend identification and competitor benchmarking, including product, packaging, and sustainability innovations.
- Reporting & Insights: Create reports using historical data, draw conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Product Development Support: Assist in building business cases for new products, considering ROI, value addition, and sustainability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Industrial Design) and stakeholders throughout the NPD process.
- Marketing & Communication Tools: Help develop promotional tools and materials, including presentations, mood boards, and product benchmarks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree or master’s in marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Design, Packaging, Product Design.
- No previous experience required, but one to two years’ experience in beauty or FMGC industries is an advantage.
- Advanced level of Italian and English. Spanish is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Medium to Advance Excel and Power Point
- Preferable, but not mandatory, have worked with Mintel, Euromonitor, Nielsen, Kantar or similar tools.
- Available for an internship agreement
