We are looking for a Client Advisor who contributes actively to maximize the performance of the boutique through achievement of sales and strategic objectives, assuring a great customer experience and optimum profitability.

How will you make an impact? You will:

  • Strive to achieve boutique and personal sales targets with active participation in the daily sales process

  • Greet, serve and advise clients, giving the best service possible at all times while introducing additional and alternative sales, giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers

  • Be an ambassador of Montblanc, representing the Maison at all times

  • Communicate your passion for the Maison to each client, confidently guiding them through the inspirations behind each product

  • Study the storytelling of each collection, where the inspiration comes from and how the Maison has reintepreted it in our creations

  • Be responsible for processing cash and card payments, balancing cash registers with receipts

  • Manage the delivery of large amounts of stock, inlcuding checking for accuracy of stock list, quality checking the pieces and storing it correctly in the back office


How will you experience success with us? You will:

  • Have previous experience in a sales role in the boutique

  • Be fluent in English and Italian

  • Have a strong customer and goal orientation

  • Possess elegance, outstanding manners, assured sense of style, appreciation of luxury items

  • Demonstrate the ability to plan and organize work, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Have a strong passion for Art and Design

  • Be reliable, rigorous, with a high sense of responsibilities

  • Be comfortable with digital tools, and you master CRM apps, knowing their commercial logic

  • Be accountable for the successful development of the boutique functioning

  • Demonstrate exceptional selling skills, outstanding customer focus and excellent oral communication skills

  • Be an exceptional team player, supporting others every time it's needed

  • Have a recent or current work experience in Naples which will allow you to propose client treatment and possible high-level partnerships.
