We are looking for a Market Analysis Specialist to join the Group Commercial Department in Rome.
The resource will support the team in developing market and competitive intelligence, contributing to the definition of commercial plans and the Group’s international growth strategies.
Main Responsibilities
Analyze market trends and collect economic data (GDP projections, construction market insights, etc.).
Monitor and benchmark main competitors, updating financial results and commercial KPIs.
Develop business cases and performance KPIs for new markets and special commercial projects.
Draft weekly/monthly reports with key market news and trends.
Manage and develop relationships with major market data providers.
Update the Commercial Department and participate in industry fairs and conferences.
Continuously improve processes for market data management and monitoring.
Coordinate with Commercial Areas and Affiliates to define strategic plans for geographical and business line growth.
Collaborate with other functions to assess and monitor risk topics (Country, Corporate, Contractual), supporting go/no-go decisions.
Support the execution of the Group’s 3-Year Commercial Plan.
Contribute to the preparation of periodic presentations for the Board Committee.
Requirements
MSc in Engineering and/or Economics.
2–3 years of experience, ideally in top consulting firms or in market research departments of large corporations.
Ability to manage complex analyses and large databases.
Strong knowledge of PowerPoint for reporting and presentation purposes.
Advanced Excel skills for forecasting models and KPI monitoring.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel internationally.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Knowledge of a second foreign language (French, German, or Spanish).
