Job Requirements

The waiter/waitress plays a key role in our restaurant/hotel, supporting the dining room team and ensuring impeccable guest service. This position is ideal for those looking to enter the restaurant and hospitality industry, offering the opportunity to learn and grow professionally.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist waiters with table service, bringing dishes and drinks.
• Keep the dining room and service areas clean and tidy.
• Prepare and replenish service supplies, such as silverware, glasses, and napkins.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Respond to guest requests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist with managing reservations and welcoming guests.
• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Work Experience
Requirements: - Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred, but not essential. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a good knowledge of English in addition to Italian; knowledge of other languages is appreciated. - Ability to work in a team and under pressure. - Positive attitude and customer focus. - Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
