Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, understand needs, and provide responsive service.
2. Efficiently communicate and resolve customer issues to enhance satisfaction.
3. Process tickets, labeling, exceptions, investigations, address updates, and complaints using customer service systems, and complete related forms.
4. Resolve logistics tracking issues through cross-team coordination, liaising with warehouses and DSPs for timely and professional solutions.
5. Address complaints, document cases, escalate critical issues, and follow through to resolution.
6. Analyze data regularly, identify trends, and suggest process improvements to boost efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in Italian and Chinese as working languages.
2. Customer service experience preferred, logistics or e-commerce background a plus.
3. Skilled in Excel/Word/PPT,logistics tracking experience advantageous.
4. Strong stress tolerance, communication skills, risk awareness, and teamwork spirit.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €1,800.00 - €2,500.00 per month
