Position Overview
This position is responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of the Environmental Management and Quality Management Systems at Cespira. This role will also partner with both management and employees in the implementation and monitoring of all Environmental and Quality programs with respect to product and regulatory requirements including verification of compliance, effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment of the Environmental amd Quality Management Systems with ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 standards.

Job requirements
- 5-10 years’ experience in Environmental Management and Quality System Management roles
- Post-secondary diploma or university degree or an equivalent combination of experience and training
- Experience implementing and auditing ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015, and IATF 16949:2016
- Strong knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, Control Plans, MSA, SPC and 8D Methodologies
- Experience in leading incident investigations, performing root cause analyses and preparing formal reports of findings and recommendations
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to travel as needed to other sites internationally
- Lead and/or Internal Auditor certification for ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015, or IATF 16949:2016
- Automotive (manufacturing) experience, working directly for an Automotive OEM or Automotive Supplier
- Familiarity with other management systems
- Experience in Six Sigma process improvement
- Experience in ESG, Conflict Minerals rep[orting, IMDS (International Material Data System)
- Experience VDA 6.3 auditing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Office suite
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to write technical documents
- Good problem solver with the ability to identify alternative solutions
- Quantitative analysis and interpretation skills
Job responsibilities
Quality Management Systems responsibilities
- ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 auditing & compliance, primarily for the Brescia site but supporting all sites
- Support quality regulatory compliance and homologation
- Support the Quality Management System documentation (manual, procedures, instructions, forms, registries and references)
- Maintain and verify compliance to environmental legal requirements
- Manage environmental site issue reporting, investigation, and corrective actions
- Manage ISO 14001:2015 auditing and certification, primarily for the Brescia site but in alignment with all sites
- Report against Environmental Management System objectives and drive continuous improvements
- Support the Environmental Management System documentation (manual, procedures, instructions, forms, registries and references)
