Executive Chef / Culinary Director, Job Opportunity, Merlin's Bali

Merlin’s Restaurant in Ubud is opening a rare opportunity for an experienced top Executive Chef to join our visionary leadership team full-time. We are looking for a passionate and skilled individual to lead our kitchen operations at world-class level.

✨The ideal candidate for this position has✨:
- Extensive experience as an Executive Chef or Culinary Director in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or 5-star resorts;
- A deep understanding of global cuisine, cuisine innovation, and creative food presentation;
- Proven success in designing and executing outstanding menus that balance creativity, quality, and efficiency;
- Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a multicultural kitchen team;
- Exceptional knowledge of kitchen operations, hygiene standards, and inventory systems;
- Ability to collaborate with front-of-house and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences;
- Advanced English proficiency (other languages are a bonus);
- Previous international work experience or working at Michelin locations anywhere in the world, is a plus.
You will be responsible for overseeing all culinary aspects of Merlin’s, including menus development, quality control, kitchen team performance, supplier relations, and maintaining an inspiring and efficient kitchen culture aligned with our vision of excellence and magic.
