POSITION SUMMARY
The resource will be part of the Front Office department and will perform the following tasks:
- Welcoming customers
- Assigning rooms
- Providing information or assistance to customers
- Managing reservations
- Receiving and handling customer complaints
- Analyzing and identifying customer needs
- Receiving and sorting phone calls
- Filling out forms and documents
- Contacting the various departments of the facility to meet customer needs
- Managing payments and customer data in line with company policies
- Managing guest complaints and needs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
A fluent Knowledge of both Italian and English languages is required
