The most successful candidate will have an authentic passion for the hospitality industry, a record of success in a fast-paced environment, and an entrepreneurial spirit. The General Manager will be in charge of managing the property and the Aethos Club. The ideal candidate will have experience in experiential hospitality, including member clubs and destination restaurants. The candidate will be an effective leader and must be a true ambassador of the Aethos brand.

Lead the existing team and add new team members

Drive revenue and profitability with full P&L responsibility

Responsible for overall guest satisfaction

Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner

Organize and conduct department meetings on a regular basis

Lawful permanent resident, eligible to work in Europe

Senior professional with a track record as General Manager in luxury hotels

Experience in creating, launching and sustaining successful F&B concepts

Experience in Club membership Capable of creating a passionate, friendly, efficiently accomplish tasks at hand

Must be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality industry in general

Research, organizational skills, and extraordinary relationship-building skills

Ability to multitask and execute under pressure and in demanding fast-paced environments

Strong communication (both written and oral) and management skills in English and Italian

Experience with PMS, RMS, or other operational systems

Must be able to prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines flexible schedule - long hours and regular evening event coverage is common

Ability to make thoughtful decisions and give constructive criticism

Must be effective at listening to, understand high thriving work environment

Collaborative and communicates well to provide direction/delegation tonding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests

Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality of guests, employees, and information

Maintains regular attendance in compliance with Aethos Hotel standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel

Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills

Comply with Aethos Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations

Maximizes efforts towards productivity, identifies problem areas, and assists in implementing solutions

Maintain a warm and friendly demeanour at all times, while remaining genuine
