What this job involves:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing and Communication Director. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of high-impact materials to support property marketing, business development, with emphasis on presentations, print and digital collaterals, supporting the promotion of our capabilities and listed properties.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Conceptualize, design, and edit a wide range of digital and print collateral such as property marketing collateral, proposals, offering memorandums, flyers, maps, aerials, logos, floor plans, photo editing, presentation graphic/charts, emails and web/social visuals.
Executes best-in-class deliverables that meet internal teams’ and clients’ needs and align with creative/brand strategy.
Is a steward of our brand and aligns to the principles and strategy
Manage design projects from start to finish, working closely with other marketing teams ensuring projects are delivered on time.
Stay informed about the latest design software and trends and propose new concepts to enhance our business presentations and marketing materials.
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills
1-5 years professional design experience.
Understanding of project management applications, Digital Asset Management systems, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other design application software.
Technical understanding of design practionioner skills such as graphic design, typography, color theory, DTP, digital-design, video production, etc.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and problem solving.
Ability to work independently while effectively communicating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, regional teams, including senior leadership.
Italian proficiency, professional fluency in English.
Knowledge of commercial real estate is not required but will be considered a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts.

In questo ruolo, sarai responsabile della progettazione e dello sviluppo di materiali ad alto impatto per supportare il marketing immobiliare e lo sviluppo del business, con particolare attenzione a presentazioni, materiali stampati e digitali, sostenendo la promozione delle nostre capacità e degli immobili in portafoglio.
Come sarà la tua giornata tipo:
Concettualizzare, progettare e modificare un'ampia gamma di materiali digitali e stampati come materiali di marketing immobiliare, proposte, memorandum d'offerta, volantini, mappe, riprese aeree, loghi, planimetrie, modifica di foto, grafici/diagrammi per presentazioni, email e contenuti visivi per web/social.
Realizzare prodotti di altissimo livello che soddisfino le esigenze dei team interni e dei clienti e che siano in linea con la strategia creativa/di brand.
Essere un custode del nostro marchio e allinearsi ai suoi principi e alla strategia.
Gestire progetti di design dall'inizio alla fine, collaborando strettamente con altri team di marketing per garantire che i progetti vengano consegnati nei tempi previsti.
Mantenersi informato sui più recenti software e tendenze di design e proporre nuovi concetti per migliorare le nostre presentazioni aziendali e i materiali di marketing.
Esperienza e competenze tecniche desiderate o preferite:
1-5 anni di esperienza professionale nel design.
Conoscenza di applicazioni di project management, sistemi di Digital Asset Management, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud e altri software applicativi di design.
Comprensione tecnica delle competenze pratiche di design come graphic design, tipografia, teoria del colore, DTP, design digitale, produzione video, ecc.
Forti capacità organizzative, attenzione ai dettagli, gestione del tempo e risoluzione dei problemi.
Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente comunicando e collaborando efficacemente con diverse parti interessate, team regionali, inclusa la leadership senior.
Padronanza dell'italiano, conoscenza professionale dell'inglese.
La conoscenza del settore immobiliare commerciale non è richiesta ma sarà considerata un plus.
Formazione: Laurea in Graphic Design o esperienza lavorativa equivalente che fornisca conoscenza ed esposizione a teorie, principi e concetti fondamentali.
