Mission
Act as the On site point of contact for managers and employees throughout the HR annual life- cycle – ensuring adherence to Italian labour legislation, social-security rules, and internal standards while fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
Core Activities
- Liaise with external payroll provider on data accuracy. Monitor harmonisation with National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL).
- Advise leaders on disciplinary procedures, individual & collective agreements.
- Partner with hiring managers to define needs, draft job briefs and support with cycle recruitment.
- Guarantee consistent candidate experience aligned with Rome Business School and PFU standards
- Design and deliver structured induction programmes, buddy scheme & “PFU-RBS Onboarding” sessions.
- Coordinate contractual documentation, Work-Life folder, tax and social-security registration (INPS/INAIL) in partnering with out Labor consultant.
- Support to the PFU HRBP with annual goal-setting, Performance appraisal reviews and calibration with managers. Support with individual development plans; coordinate learning interventions.
- Anticipate legal risks and propose mitigation. Maintain personnel files, privacy consents (GDPR) and mandatory postings.
- Lead consultation meetings with Managers on contract variations, working-time arrangements, and organisational changes
- Keep digital tracker for permit expiry dates and alert employees.
- Track mandatory medical examinations & safety training
- Promote well-being initiatives.
Mandatory Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years as HR Generalist or HRBP in Italy, with proven
ownership of end-to-end employee life-cycle.
Legislative Expertise:
1. Deep knowledge of Italian labour law
2. Familiar with CCNL negotiations and updates.
3. Solid knowledge of Categorie Protette (Law 68/1999) — able to calculate mandatory hiring quotas, manage targeted recruitment and annual reports
Language Skills: Fluent Italian (C2) and English (C1), Spanish Highly valued
Soft Skills:
1. Meticulous attention to detail & organisation – zero tolerance for compliance gaps.
2. Strong business acumen with ability to anticipate legal and employee- relations risks.
3. Influencing & coaching skills; able to challenge and support leaders.
