Please note:

  • This is a full-time position.
  • Our HR Generalist will be based in Milan.
  • This role reports directly to the Global HR Director.

What will be your responsibilities?

As our HR Generalist for Retail in Italy, you will be a key partner for our retail teams, ensuring they are supported and engaged. Your main responsibilities will include:

Atraction & Talent Management

  • Act as a key partner for our retail teams in Italy.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, onboarding, training, and development for various profiles, including Beauty Advisors and Store Managers.
  • Coordinate and support performance evaluations to foster continuous growth.
  • Adapt HQ processes and culture to local retail teams, ensuring seamless integration and understanding.
  • Support significantly with labor manuals, labor relations, equality plans, and other crucial HR documentation.

Employee labor Relations & Compliance

  • Manage employee relations, organizational climate, and absenteeism, proposing and implementing effective action plans.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance with Italian labor legislation and coordinate with mutual societies/providers.
  • Manage and coordinate occupational risk prevention and health and safety initiatives.
  • Analyze key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism) and propose data-driven improvements.


Culture & Communication

  • Manage internal communication and reinforce the retail culture within our Italian stores.
  • Cultivate a positive and productive work environment that embodies MiiN's values.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration (ADE), or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, specifically in retail or multisite environments.
  • Fluent in both Italian and English is mandatory.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Italian labor legislation is essential.
  • High level of communication, strong business orientation, and excellent ability to manage priorities effectively.
