Olimpia Medical Center is seeking a Back Office Administrative Employee with excellent English language skills (minimum level C2), as English will be used daily to support U.S. patients and NATO Base personnel located in Italy (North, Central, and South). The selected candidate will work in a dynamic and highly specialized environment where attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and sending medical insurance documents on behalf of patients, in English.
- Using administrative management software and basic IT tools.
- Supporting accounting and billing activities.
- Analyzing data and preparing mathematical/statistical reports for operational control and planning.
Requirements:
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum C2) is MANDATORY. Applications below C2 level will not be considered.
- University degree (preferred).
- At least 1 year of prior experience in back office roles (preferred).
- IT skills and familiarity with common business management software.
- Basic knowledge of accounting.
- Excellent organizational skills, precision, and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain order under deadlines.
- Proficient in typing with speed and accuracy.
What We Offer:
- Initial fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension and long-term employment.
- Full-Time Schedule or Part Time schedule to be agreed.
- Monday to Friday: 08:30-18:30
- Alternative shifts may be arranged with the Manager.
