You will be shaping and managing our relationships with key institutional stakeholders, including government bodies, regulatory agencies, industry associations, and non-governmental organizations.
Our Institutional Affairs Lead Specialist will have a strong understanding of public policy, regulatory frameworks, and institutional dynamics, with a proven ability to influence and advocate effectively. You will manage the relations with the main Institutional stakeholders, at local and national level, in order to present and position the Company as an important and key player in economical and energetic contest.
As Institutional Affairs Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for
- Supporting the Presidency in all strategical projects with the external institutions such as High Schools, Universities, Research Centers in order to put in place specific paths and courses that respond to business needs with a special focus on technological and sustainability topics
- Coordinating the BiG Academy school, providing to attract funds, candidates and to manage admin and governance topics.
- Coordinating the BiGin project, a business familiarization course for University of Firenze students
- Taking active part to DIB team in Italy, that works on working and social inclusion projects and to correctly position the company's strategy and presents projects in place to the public officials.
- Representing the interests of the company with public institutions
- Managing communication with the business
- Contributing to projects as a team member or leads small projects
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Several years of experience in Institutional Affairs.
- Professional proficiency in English
