Job description
Doctolib is looking for you to join the Talent Acquisition Team in our Milan office as an Intern Recruiter. As an Intern Recruiter, you'll gain a comprehensive insight into the world of recruitment with a strong understanding of candidate experience. You'll enhance your organisational skills, gain extensive knowledge of project management in a fast-paced environment and develop your people skills through multi-stakeholder management.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Interview scheduling: You will deliver various interview scheduling from online 1:1 interviews to case studies panels in our offices. You will adapt and streamline the scheduling process to suit candidates and business needs.
- Candidate experience: You will manage candidate communications (emails, messages, invites) to ensure they have all interview details and a smooth candidate experience.
- Campus Recruitment: You will actively contribute to the success of our campus hiring efforts by managing a range of recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening applications and running interviews.
- Recruiting process optimization: You will help to improve the flexibility, efficiency and comfort of the processes for everyone.
