We are looking for a passionate Trade Marketing Intern who will contribute to the growth of LEGO Group in Italy.
Core Responsibilities
You will part of an enthusiastic and dynamic team and will be supporting it
in the following activities:
Development of selling in materials for assigned retailers
Support with campaign planning and the creation of order lists for our in-store materials,
Creation of creative briefs for in-store materials like posters, displays, or secondary placements, as well as digital content, in collaboration with the account manager or a trade marketing colleague and the executing agencies
Independently bring to life consumers retailers events, in close collaboration with trade marketing and sales colleagues
Autonomous processing of reports and derivation of recommended actions
Review of translations for campaign materials and texts, supporting Trade Marketing channel leads

The Marketing Department is responsible for creating and fostering consumer demand for the LEGO Group by converting consumer, shopper and market insights into compelling, creative, and innovative marketing programs that remain grounded in a strong commercial understanding and focus.
Do you have what it takes
Advanced business studies or comparable education, ideally with a focus on Marketing
Very good written and spoken Italian and English skills
Excellent MS Office proficiency
You possess outstanding communication skills and are a talent for organization
You've already proven yourself as a team player and know that a team is strongest when working together
Professionalism, as well as an independent, reliable, and meticulous way of working, are natural for you
Speed and flexibility in your thinking, along with a willingness to learn and take initiative, particularly distinguish you
Initial experience in Marketing and/or Sales is a plus
