About the Role:

We are looking for an IT Transportation Architect to lead Ferrero Group’s IT applications in the Supply Chain domain, with a sharp focus on Transportation. Acting as the bridge between business needs and IT capabilities, you will ensure that our application landscape evolves in line with global architecture and delivers real value to the business.

Main Responsibilities:

You will manage the architecture within your application domain, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement or consolidation in line with Ferrero’s Enterprise Application Architecture. You will proactively recommend software solutions — including packaged applications and SaaS — that support the broader IT strategy and adhere to global architectural standards. You will assess budgets related to the integration of new applications, ensuring cost-effectiveness and strategic alignment.

Working closely with business partners and multiple IT teams, you will ensure that applications are available, supported, and maintained according to business needs and global IT service standards. You will define major aspects of the application architecture and ensure that development practices, implementation protocols, security updates, and production releases comply with enterprise guidelines.

As a subject matter expert, you will take ownership of your application landscape, guiding decisions and enhancements with deep functional and technical insight. You will also be responsible for designing application improvements in collaboration with Platform Leaders, ensuring that functional design aligns with Ferrero’s global IT architecture and long-term vision.

Who we are looking for:

You have a bachelor’s degree and at least 4-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, with a strong focus on Transportation. You’ve worked in multinational consumer goods companies and contributed to major IT transformation projects. You bring hands-on expertise in SAP LE-TRA and BlueYonder TMS, and you’re a confident communicator, strategic thinker, and team leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.
