Background
Alfa Laval San Bonifacio BHE Factory is a new modern factory that in the next four years will replace his IT core production systems with OneERP solution. You will support this transaction from the existing system/process to the new solution.
You will be a key member of our team located a San Bonifacio. You will report to Country IT Manager for governance aspects and strategic decision, with a strong and direct connection with San Bonifacio management for all operative/process aspects of your role.
About the job
As an application specialist you will be supporting and implementing all aspects of operations that use existing systems as well as our future WMS and ERP. Part of your job is to be operative in specific data management tasks, and quality data check of data.
You will have a customer-oriented mind set and play a major part in supporting your colleagues to have a high competence in systems and tools.
This role will be based in San Bonifacio.
Your Responsibilities
- You will be responsible to lead local IS projects with the support of our corporate
- Securing optimal functionality and business continuity of all local San Bonifacio IT systems, conduct problem analysis and to continuously improve systems together with our central team according with Alfa Laval standard and governance
- Be IT System Administrator for local ERP systems and interfaces
- Support local organizations in the description of processes and procedures from a system perspective and assistance in introducing these procedures.
What you know
- Jeeves ERP (preferred) or D365 ERP Systems knowledge
- Knowledge of and/or affinity with factory processes and applications (Production Order, BOM, WMS, TMS)
- SQL Server and T-SQL development skills
- Experience in autonomous administration and set-up of IT applications.

You have an analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic and proactive approach. Your communication skills in both Italian and English (verbal and written) are excellent.
