Job Description
Your opportunity
You will be responsible for supporting the IKA team in daily tasks, coordinating projects and activities across different functions and working closely with the Sales team to manage existing international chains and scout new business opportunities on a global level.
How you will contribute
- Build sales and marketing plans and support in setting budgets on the perimeter of international clients.
- Support in scouting new business opportunities.
- Prepare and share weekly sales and order forecasts.
- Analyse KPI’s to maximize sell-out
- Collect and manage orders in collaboration with the Sales Channel Operations department.
- Monitor and analyze competitors to capture new trends and best practices in the industry.
- Manage and coordinate customer appointments during sales campaigns
- Coordinate business functions (Trade Marketing; Sales Support; Logistics; Credit; Finance; etc.) to ensure the best level of service to our customers.
Who you are
- Master’s degree in business management, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-moving industry
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and Italian, Spanish or French are considered a plus
- Dynamic, proactive, and flexible, with a natural curiosity and commitment to teamwork
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs
- Open to frequent international travelling
