As Lead Service Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts. You will make key decisions, resolve issues and oversee projects to shape enhancements. You’ll unite cross-functional teams to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements.
As a Lead Service Specialist - Parts Services, you will be responsible for:
Owning all the parts/materials operations relevant to Upgrades P&L.
Delivering the customer service level across project functions (Eng, Planning,Project Management, Quality, Finance).
Being the primary interface with project management
Being responsible to drive the achievement of the financial targets of the projects from an execution stand point, from BOM generation to shipment arrangement.
Handling diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.

To be successful in this role you will :
Have a bachelor's Degree (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Parts Services.
Have strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills.
Show the ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Have proven analytical and organizational ability.
