As our Membership Manager (Operations), you'll lead the growth and daily operations of our coworking ecosystem to deliver a world-class member experience. With a strong on-the-ground presence, you will foster a vibrant community, member retention and maximize customer lifetime value.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of coworking and membership space operations to ensure a consistently high-quality experience for our members. You'll take an active role in engaging with members, building meaningful relationships, and creating a welcoming, connected environment. Your focus will be on driving retention and reducing churn by ensuring every member feels valued and supported. If you're a people-person with a get-it-done mindset and a passion for community, this one is for you.

Beyond operations, you'll play a vital role in growing our coworking community. This includes promoting our services, converting leads into committed members, and identifying new business opportunities to help achieve occupancy and revenue growth targets.

Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.

What You'll Do

  • Foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere where members feel supported, valued and listened to.
  • Oversee daily operations of coworking and membership spaces
  • You will work together with the Membership Managers and Connector to assist in organising networking opportunities, and social activities to enhance community engagement and create memorable experiences and support community growth.
  • Make sure members feel welcome, connected, and supported.
  • Give tours, pitch memberships, and turn interest into sign-ups.
  • Drive revenue by hitting targets and spotting upsell opportunities.
  • Stay on top of retention, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Contribute to coworking acquisition goals by supporting inbound and outbound sales activities, attending local events, networking with potential members, and helping turn interest into occupancy.
  • You lead the coworking proactive check-ins with members to drive NPS, gather feedback and improve overall experience. You are a master at building relationships, fostering loyalty and reducing churn.
  • You handle the member renewal process for Dedicated Desk and Private Office members.
  • You handle cancellation requests from Dedicated Desk and Private Office members if they are leaving us.
  • Build strong relationships and act on member feedback.

What You'll Have

  • 3+ years of management experience, ideally in coworking, flexible workspace, or hospitality.
  • Experience in customer-facing account management with a proven track record in relationship building, account development and retention.
  • Experience in sales or business development, ideally within a coworking, hospitality or flexible workspace context.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, positive energy, and a "let's do this!" mentality.
  • A warm, approachable personality and the ability to bring calm to a busy environment.
  • A team-first mindset. You lead by example and inspire those around you.
