Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll ensure the seamless availability of goods for Alstom projects, directly contributing to supplier performance improvement and project supply chain objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Procurement, Internal Suppliers, and Project Teams), monitor supplier KPIs, and maintain the accuracy of material planning master data, and much more."
We’ll look to you for:
- Monitoring suppliers' performance KPIs ,
- Contributing to supply chain inputs for supplier selection ,
- Ensuring material planning and ERP settings align with supply chain objectives and targets ,
- Managing purchase requisitions until material planning document creation for internal suppliers ,
- Participating in or leading supplier performance improvement initiatives ,
- Following up with procurement on purchase requisition maturity for launching material planning documents for external suppliers ,
- Ensuring and updating the accuracy of material planning master data in compliance with stock and logistics constraints ,
- Creating material planning documents, including Call-offs, Schedule Agreements, Source Lists, and Quota Management ,
- Communicating material planning documents to suppliers and following up on supplier confirmations ,
- Contributing to Alstom’s leadership in supply chain excellence by driving resilience, adaptability, and continuous improvement in all material planning processes."
