We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic No/Low-Code and Automation Specialist (m/w/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Business Efficiency Team.
A tech-savvy professional with a passion for automation and no-code tools to support the growth and digitalization of our business processes.
As a No-Code Automation Specialist, you will work cross-functionally with various teams to understand their operational needs and translate them into simple, scalable, and efficient digital solutions.

Your role in BizAway
Design and develop automation flows to simplify tasks and processes
Build internal micro-apps and tools using no-code/low-code platforms such as Retool, Bubble, or Appsmith
Integrate business tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Google Workspace, etc.) to connect data and reduce manual work
Collaborate with various teams to map and improve existing processes with a digital mindset
Maintain and update existing automations, ensuring long-term reliability
Stay up to date on AI and digital tools, proactively suggesting new solutions
Your basic qualifications
Hands-on experience with at least one no-code automation tool (e.g. Make.com, Zapier, n8n)
Knowledge of at least one no-code app development platform (e.g. Bubble, Retool, Appsmith)
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Zendesk, and Salesforce
Understanding of SaaS environments, collaborative tools, and APIs
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
Strong problem-solving skills and a tech-first mindset
