What You’ll Do as a PRN COTA:

• Carry out individualized treatment plans developed by the OTR

• Assist residents with improving function in areas like dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Document progress and report on outcomes

• Provide therapy in skilled nursing, assisted living, and home-based settings

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic care

• Support seniors in regaining independence and enhancing their quality of life

What You Bring:

• Active Wisconsin COTA license

• Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills

• A heart for service and passion for working with older adults

• Reliability, flexibility, and a team-first mindset
