All'interno del team Delivery di Schneider Electric, la figura di Order & Administration Intern sarà responsabile della gestione operativa delle trasferte per un team di circa 80 persone attive su tutto il territorio italiano. Il ruolo prevede la prenotazione e il coordinamento di servizi di viaggio (hotel, voli, treni, noleggio auto) nel pieno rispetto delle policy aziendali e delle linee guida interne.
What will you do?
- Gestione delle richieste di viaggio del team Delivery.
- Prenotazione di voli, treni, hotel e auto a noleggio.
- Verifica della conformità alle policy di viaggio aziendali.
- Coordinamento con fornitori e agenzie di viaggio.
- Supporto ai colleghi nella risoluzione di eventuali problematiche legate ai viaggi.
- Monitoraggio dei costi e ottimizzazione delle soluzioni di trasferta.

- Laurea in economia
- Ottime capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli.
- Conoscenza delle principali piattaforme di prenotazione.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Capacità di lavorare in team e gestire più attività in parallelo.
