Position Summary
Payroll Specialist –
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in payroll operations within a dynamic and international environment? Join our payroll team and play a key role in ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
What You’ll Do
As a Payroll Specialist, you’ll support payroll processes across multiple locations in Italy, working closely with our Italian Payroll Manager. You’ll gain valuable experience in payroll processing, problem-solving, and collaboration with different teams, including Finance and HR.
Your main responsibilities will include:
✅ Assisting with tax withholding and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance
✅ Supporting employee payroll inquiries and helping resolve cases with the team
✅ Investigating payroll discrepancies and contributing to process improvements
✅ Collaborating with Finance on payroll accounting, reporting, and reconciliations
✅ Staying up to date with payroll regulations and compliance requirements
✅ Participating in projects aimed at enhancing payroll operations
What We’re Looking For
1-2 years of experience in payroll (ideally in a multinational company)
Interest in managing payroll processes for large teams (2000+ employees) under different CBAs (Chemical, Commerce, Mechanical, Dirigenti)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
Experience with Workday and ADP (a plus, but not required!)
Fluent in English (multilingual skills are a bonus!)
