PROJECT CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – DATA CENTER

Role description:
As a Project Construction Manager for Data Centers, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of construction projects, partnering closely with Arcadis’ Construction Managers to ensure a seamless flow from the Planning phase through to Commissioning.
This position places you front and center as the client’s representative on-site, where you will collaborate with all stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and operational efficiency.
Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of the construction process, as you will have comprehensive access to all project documentation, enabling you to proactively address challenges and determine the most suitable experts to consult when specialized knowledge is required. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to develop your skills and gain extensive experience in managing Data Center projects, all while enjoying significant potential for professional growth and advancement in a dynamic industry.
Role accountabilities:
- Coordination of executive/construction design activities;
- Supporting operational management;
- Verification and control of site accounting;
- Verification of material submission form and construction drawings;
- Drafting of construction site reports;
- Monitoring GANTT and construction budget;
- Monitoring and control of construction site activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience;
- Around 4-7 years of construction management experience;
- An excellent level of English (B2 / C1);
- Knowledge and experience in MEP and firefighting disciplines will be considered a plus;
- Proven construction management experience in Data Center will be considered a plus;
- Good knowledge and experience with project management procedures will be considered a plus;
- Professional accreditations (PE, AIA, CCM, CPC, PMP, LEED or equivalent) will be considered a plus.
