We operate across Europe through several entities including Axpo Solar Italy with offices in Milan, Rome and Bari.
Mission
The Development Analyst supports project managers in all phases of project development, from early-stage prospecting to permitting and financial structuring. This role is key to ensuring the quality, consistency, and timeliness of project deliverables, while facilitating coordination between local stakeholders and internal teams (technical, legal, financial).
Reporting to the Development Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Project Support:
Assist in site identification and preliminary feasibility assessments (technical, regulatory, and financial).
Prepare and update project documentation: site plans, permitting files, internal memos, and investment committee presentations.
Support the preparation of tender responses and project offers (Land securing, PPA, FER X, etc).
Coordination & Communication:
Act as a liaison between project managers and internal departments (engineering, legal, finance).
Coordinate with local consultants and service providers in Italy.
Monitor project timelines and ensure alignment with internal milestones.
Analysis & Reporting:
Conduct market and regulatory research to support project strategy.
Track project KPIs and contribute to internal reporting tools.
Support financial modeling and risk analysis with guidance from senior team members.
Profil
Education:
Master’s degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Territorial Planning, Urban Planning, Geography, or as an Engineer specialized in Energy.
Experience:
A first successful experience in renewable energy projects (solar or wind), through an internship or work-study program.
Skills & Knowledge:
Familiarity with administrative and regulatory procedures required to develop solar or wind projects.
Recognized for your organizational skills, autonomy, and rigor, which enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
