What We’re Looking For

We’re on the hunt for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our team in Modena, Italy. This internship is the perfect opportunity for curious and ambitious individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in sales within an innovative and fast-paced fintech environment.

This role requires fluency in English (C2 level), as you will be working with international clients and partners on a daily basis. Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English are essential for success in this role.

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Support the sales team with administrative tasks.

✅ Prepare reports on sales calls and meetings.

✅ Update and manage CRM data (HubSpot), ensuring timely and accurate client information.

✅ Gather documentation for client follow-ups and outreach.

✅ Assist the marketing team with research, market investigations, and strategic analysis.

✅ Facilitate coordination between sales and marketing to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

What You Need

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Finance or currently pursuing a degree in a related field.

🔹 C2-level English proficiency – you will be actively communicating with international clients.

🔹 Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude.

🔹 Interest in sales operations within a fintech context.

🔹 Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Bonus Points For

⭐ Exposure to artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and their business applications.

⭐ Experience interacting with investor clients or working in investor-facing roles.

⭐ Experience with CRM tools, especially HubSpot.

⭐ Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

⭐ Passion for fintech and innovative technologies.

⭐ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
