Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Service Manager , you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan. Together, we work on Product and Service Management for Unicredit Group.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
- Focal point for the Customer about changes/projects assigned to him/her and for engagement requests on new products/initiatives relating to Italy, Germany and Austria.
- Management of the entire life cycle of a request/project (acceptance, management of clarifications on requirements, engagement of internal structures, presentation of time/cost estimates to the Bank).
- Preparation of commercial offers and necessary documentation for Projects and Changes.
- Monitoring of the SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Participation in periodic meetings (SAL) both with the Bank and with internal staff (Business Unit/Operation/IT).
