As a Spa Concierge & Guest Relations, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting our prestigious spa, located in the heart of Milan, at the 8Th Floor of ARMANI Hotel. You will ensure a warm welcome, manage appointments, assist guests with inquiries, and coordinate with various departments to deliver an impeccable service experience. Your ability to anticipate guests' needs and provide bespoke recommendations will be key to creating memorable moments of relaxation and well-being.

Guest Relations & Experience

- Greet and assist guests with professionalism, courtesy, and discretion, ensuring a smooth and luxurious spa experience.

- Provide personalized recommendations on treatments and wellness services, tailoring experiences to guests’ preferences.

- Maintain a deep understanding of all spa services, products, and promotions to enhance the guest journey.

- Handle special requests, VIP arrangements, and bespoke experiences with precision and attention to detail.

Organization & Planning

- Manage spa reservations, schedules, and daily operations with precision and efficiency.

- Coordinate appointment bookings and agenda management, optimizing guest flow and maximizing service efficiency based on client demand.

- Assist the SPA Manager in achieving budget and marketing objectives.

- Oversee the accounting system and cash handling, ensuring accurate payment processing for treatments and services.

- Maintain accurate records of guest treatments, preferences, and relevant information for personalized service.

Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with spa therapists, front office, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.

- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability

- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive outcome.

- Proactively anticipate potential service challenges and find effective solutions.

- Handle unexpected situations with grace and composure, maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction.

- Adapt to a changing schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, to meet guest demands.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Previous Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel, spa, or wellness environment.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Italian is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, empathy, and guest service skills.
- Organization & Multitasking: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality setting.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with spa reservation systems and hotel management software.
- Professionalism: A refined sense of discretion, impeccable grooming, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
