Siamo alla ricerca di Assistant Buyer (uno stage retribuito) che supporteranno il nostro team Buying nelle diverse attività amministrative/organizzative per diverse categorie (Beauty Wellbeing/Fashion) presso la nostra sede di Brugherio (MB).
Il tuo ruolo
Questo interessante ruolo è il primo passo per poter diventare un futuro Buyer.
Avrai l'opportunità di seguire diverse attività tra cui:
- Supportare i buyer nel redigere report in Excel con estrazione dei risultati di vendita.
- Gestire i campioni dei prodotti che arrivano dai fornitori, gestendoli all'interno dell'azienda e coordinando il loro spostamento tra i vari dipartimenti.
- Aggiornare il team riguardo le disponibilità di coloro che presentano i prodotti sulle varie piattaforme, tenendo monitorate le agende degli Expert e la disponibilità della merce.
- Aggiornare tutte le informazioni relative ai fornitori (company profile, logo, persona di riferimento per i brand, ecc…).
- Gestire attività di data entry utilizzando sistemi interni customizzati per QVC.
Requisiti
- Laurea in Economia, Marketing o equivalente.
- Inglese: fluente.
- Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel.

- Eccellenti doti relazionali.
- Ottime capacità comunicative sia scritte che orali.
- Ottima capacità organizzativa.
- Gestione delle priorità.
- Flessibilità.
- Predisposizione al lavoro di squadra
