About This Opportunity:
The System & Platform Development Engineer is responsible for maintaining and evolving the pipelines used for the Docebo Learn release, as well as developing internal tools to manage the multi-tenant infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring smooth, frequent releases and supporting development teams in optimizing their CI/CD pipelines. The engineer will work closely with development and engineering teams to streamline the deployment process and manage cloud-based infrastructure using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in Italy.
Responsibilities
- Improve deployment pipelines to support frequent, seamless software releases.
- Develop and maintain internal tools to simplify the management of Docebo’s multi-tenant infrastructure.
- Support development teams in setting up and improving their CI/CD pipelines, enhancing overall system efficiency.
- Lead infrastructure and development projects aimed at optimizing system performance and processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline and deployment issues to minimize disruptions and ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and engineering, to continuously improve development workflows.
- Stay current with industry trends to identify and implement new tools and technologies that enhance performance and scalability.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in software development.
- Command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
- Proven experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python).
- Proficiency in programming languages (Go preferred).
- Strong expertise in Linux-based systems.
- Hands-on experience with container systems (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expertise in cloud services, especially AWS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD systems (GitLab, Jenkins) and concepts.
- Familiar with Git for version control and automation processes.
- DevOps mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
