Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage resources forlocal Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), including both current and potential suppliers.
- Coordinate and integrate DSPsuppliers to ensure a seamless delivery operation.
- Perform daily backend system operations and manage service providers in active business regions.
- Assist in building and optimizing transportation and delivery networks in Milan and other parts of Italy.
- Identify and resolve potential issues with suppliers to guarantee smooth delivery operations.
- Generate assessments on last-mile delivery processes, trends, and performance for continuous improvement.
- Improve the operational quality of service providers and the overall transportation and delivery network.
- Conduct training and empowerment for DSPs, and make regular visits to optimize delivery quality.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a valid work and residence permit in Italy.
- Clear logical thinking, strong learning ability, and a responsible attitude towards job responsibilities.
- Strongsense of responsibility and team spirit, capable of handling work pressure.
- Ability to communicate effectively and promptly with partners and resolve issues swiftly.
- Mandarin,Italian and English can be used as working languages.
- Interest and some understanding of the logistics industry, with or without relevant experience
