The LIVE Operations team is dedicated to optimizing all aspects of TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, features, and data analysis to creator education, campaigns, and supporting agencies, we ensure a fun and safe space for all our LIVE users. Our mission is to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster positive experiences for creators and agencies alike.
The key aspects of this role would include building and managing a VIP user Portfolio and build an understanding of VIP user behaviour through relationship building, feedback and data other responsibilities include:
- Analyze performance and present findings, identifying trends and patterns.
- Help our VIPs to get to grips with our new features, tools and technology
- Work cross-functionally with gifting, product and creative teams to enhance and improve the LIVE experience.
- Work with Community and Agency manager teams to help them improve their understanding of the motivations of VIP gifters
- Help create and monitor revenue growth strategies.
- Work with our Trust & Safety, payments and product teams and act as an advocate for our VIP communities.
