QUALFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL
Education
High School Diploma
Language Skills
English at NATO SLP Level 2222 (Functional in listening, speaking, reading and writing)
Italian at SLP Level 3333 (Professional)
Work Experience and/or Skills
Three (3) years of experience as a dispatcher (receiving, shipping, general handling, inventory, etc.)
Working experience with Microsoft applications, in particular dealing with databases.
Experience with Supply operations (Inventory and control of supplies)
Experience handling invoices
DESIRABLE
Education
Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.
Training
Inventory management course or training
NDSS course or training
Work Experience
Experience interacting with transport companies
Experience in processing information in the NDSS
Language skills

DUTIES
The incumbent performs the following duties:
Receives, inventories and controls the property and supplies purchased through J8 Division, as they are delivered by couriers and suppliers
Verifies delivered merchandise is in line with the order placed by J8 and relevant invoices; interacts with supplier or shipper if a delivered good is damaged or does not respond to JFCNP order, eventually initiating the procedure for returning unsatisfactory shipments or receiving replacements, if required.
Collaborates with procurement staff to list deliveries, ensuring invoices are signed and paid for satisfactory supplies
Maintains records or deliveries processing the data through NDSS
COTR for DHL services.
