TITAN is a no-code, web-based platform within the Salesforce ecosystem for seamless form creation, data collection, and workflow automation. We are looking to hire an Account Executive to join our Sales team.
Our Account Executives play a pivotal role in executing full sales cycles, from presale activities and impactful product demonstrations to contract negotiation, onboarding, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Your strategic prowess will be essential in expanding our customer base and penetrating new markets within the designated industries.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven success as an Account Executive in a SaaS sales environment
- Experience with outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing deals
- Skilled at delivering high-impact product demos that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Technically fluent — able to confidently discuss product capabilities while translating value to business decision-makers
- Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM/sales enablement tools, with a demonstrated ability to manage and optimize a sales pipeline
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and executive presence
- Naturally curious, adaptable, and self-driven, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
- Comfortable working remotely and flexibly across European and US time zones
- Fluent English speaker
Responsibilities:
- Own the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close, including presales engagement, tailored product demonstrations, and contract negotiation
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and penetrate new markets, with a focus on key industries
- Identify and engage high-potential prospects through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry events
- Deliver high-impact demos that showcase Titan’s value, addressing specific customer pain points and use cases
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineers and Product teams to ensure technical alignment and solution fit
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Translate customer needs into actionable solutions, driving adoption and long-term success
- Educate partners and customers on new and existing features to maximize their use of Titan across internal and external workflows
- Demonstrate proactive and reactive problem-solving to overcome challenges and maintain momentum
- Foster strong, lasting relationships by deeply understanding customer goals and aligning Titan’s value to their success
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Provide actionable feedback to Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging, positioning, and product-market fit
