In your role as Business Sales Support you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales force of Agilent's Chromatography Consumables team for the southern district (Italy, Spain and France).
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Managing reporting to support the sales team
- Updating database with accurate information
- Creating presentations and reports
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Checking accuracy of information on timekeeping systems of sales team colleagues
- Checking and updating customer lists
- Updating Teams channel and Sharepoint
- Operational support to Divisional Vice President
Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated individual with the following background:
- Good knowledge of English
- Familiarity with the use of the office package, in particular Excel
- Strong organisational skills
- Aptitude for project management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
