Operatore addetto saldatura
Descrizione del ruolo:
Un saldatore, o operaio addetto alla saldatura, è quella figura che si occupa di assemblare componenti metalliche attraverso processi di saldatura. I suoi compiti includono eseguire saldature di vario tipo come saldatura a elettrodo o a filo, leggere i disegni tecnici e rifinire il lavoro per eliminare le sbavature dovute al processo di fusione del metallo.
Responsabilità principali:
- Leggere schede e progetti;
- Riconoscere e reperire i materiali adatti per la saldatura;
- Misurare e tagliare i materiali metallici per realizzare le opere in progetto utilizzando la corretta strumentazione;
- Saldare i materiali metallici come indicato dalla documentazione e seguendo specifiche tecniche;
- Saldatura MIG-MAg
- Sladatura TIG
- Saldatura Elettrodo (rare)
- Rifinire le parti saltate eliminando le sbavature;
- Verificare che il lavoro finito sia solido, privo di difetti e corrispondente alle richieste;
- Effettuare Autovalutaozone del risultato del semilavorato
Requisiti:
- Diploma di scuola superiore o equivalente.
- conoscenza di disegno meccanico e metallurgia.
- conoscenza dei materiali, della loro resistenza e delle rispettive reazioni alle sollecitazioni.
- conoscenza delle diverse tecniche di saldatura e abilità di utilizzare l’opportuna strumentazione metallurgica.
- capacità di valutare un oggetto in metallo, l’eventuale malfunzionamento e identificarne le necessità di saldatura.

Welding Operator
Role Description:
A welder, or welding operator, is responsible for assembling metal components through welding processes. Their tasks include performing various types of welding such as electrode or wire welding, reading technical drawings, and finishing the work to remove burrs caused by the metal fusion process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Reading schematics and projects;
- Identifying and sourcing suitable materials for welding;
- Measuring and cutting metal materials to create the works in the project using the correct tools;
- Welding metal materials as indicated by the documentation and following technical specifications:
- MIG-MAG welding
- TIG welding
- Electrode welding (rare)
- Finishing welded parts by removing burrs;
- Ensuring the finished work is solid, defect-free, and meets the requirements;
- Conducting self-assessment of the semi-finished product.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of mechanical drawing and metallurgy.
- Understanding of materials, their resistance, and their respective reactions to stress.
- Familiarity with different welding techniques and the ability to use appropriate metallurgical tools.
- Ability to evaluate a metal object, identify any malfunctions, and determine welding needs.
