Firebird is an international online travel company that organizes trips to Europe for customers from around the world. We have a dedicated software development department that focuses on our internal products that allow everyone else to deliver some of the top-notch, worldwide services. Currently, there are a number of commercially available projects in production that are being actively worked on:

Affiliate Management
- Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing affiliate partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, providing support, guidance, and motivation.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including traffic, conversions, ROI, and LTV.
- Identify underperforming affiliates and opportunities for growth, implementing action plans to improve results.
Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies aligned with broader marketing goals.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to provide affiliates with compelling assets and offers.
Payout & Commission Management
- Review and approve commission affiliates and payouts in line with performance metrics and program rules.
- Monitor for fraud, policy violations, and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Platform & Tools Oversight
- Manage affiliate tracking platforms and ensure data accuracy.
- Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve program effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
- Proven track record of growing and managing successful affiliate programs.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in performance tracking and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with affiliate networks (eg, AWIN) and tracking platforms.
