- Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient aftersales support and clear communication
- Manage product issues, coordinate timely solutions, and follow up with customers
- Collaborate with technical teams and coordinate with the Chinese headquarters when necessary
- Support general administration and operational tasks
- Use online systems to track claims and spare parts procurement progress
- Assist the aftersales manager in organising and delivering training sessions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus
- Experience in technical support roles within construction machinery industry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with CRM, MS Office, and service management tools
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities
