Position
Join our team as “Application Manager HVAC” from our headquarters' offices in Padova, IT. and remotely from home. We consider a great mix working remotely from home and meeting colleagues in the offices.

S/he hierarchically reports to the Regional Solution Marketing Manager HVAC – EEMEA Region.
The team is dedicated to supporting the market needs and identifying, defining, launching and promoting solutions to cope with customers’ needs.
MAIN GOAL
For our Regional Solution Marketing department we are looking for an Application Manager for the HVAC vertical.
Within the role, s/he:
- Master a deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, technological market trends and regulations framework
- Listening to customer voice analyzing customer feedback to improve the product offer
- Evaluate the development of new solutions exploring Regional customer requirements, defining value proposition, building Business Plans, orchestrating price positioning, launch activities and promotion
- Collaborate with Marketing Communication department defining communication plans, launch promotions, commercial materials, marketing campaigns, events and exhibitions
- Evaluating and executing promotional initiatives with Central Marketing
- Presenting the products portfolio to the Sales Force, with dedicated events, trainings or supporting customer visits
- Support actively the Sales Force in the Region to guarantee the deployment of the Sales Strategy locally.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering
- Experience in HAVC equipment, electronics and/or thermos dynamic (is a plus)
- Experience in B2B market with international exposure
- Strong written/oral communication, especially in communicating customer needs
- Ability to organize work by priority, define plans and monitor independently under concurrent deadlines
- Skilled at developing and exercising cross-functional influence; translating between sales and technical teams
- Availability to travel internationally (up to 30% of the time)
