Job Description
Engineering and execution of DCS software application development for WtE Plants:
- Programming from scratch, reprogramming and updating of Siemens TIA Portal mainly
- Reviewing technical specifications and RfQ documentation to ensure accuracy, conformance with codes and client specifications
- Configuration of Networking Devices (Managed Switches, Routers, DMZ Routers, Firewalls)
- Initial setup and configuration of industrial PC’s
- Factory Acceptance Testing and commissioning of Hardware and Software including Safety Instrumented Systems, both on site and remote
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in DCS Software Application development (Siemens PCS7)
- Good knowledge of IT and various bus communication protocols (Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet, ModbusTCP, IEC104, OPC)
- Ability to work under stress and proactiveness
- Commissioning and operational experience is an advantage
- Good knowledge of English language
