Business Development Representative:
Your mission
As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact between our company and potential customers. Your mission: generate and qualify new business opportunities, and pave the way for the Sales team.
Key responsibilities:
Identifying new leads and target companies in key sectors
Mapping out key decision-makers and stakeholders
Running outbound activities across multiple channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, events…)
Qualifying raw leads and MQLs using the BANT methodology
Handling first-touch interactions, effectively positioning our value proposition without diving too deep into technicalities
Scheduling discovery meetings and passing on MQLs/SQLs to the Sales team
Keeping the CRM consistently updated with all relevant activities
Requirements:
Experience in SaaS sales or business development in complex B2B environments
Knowledge of enterprise software solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM, ITSM, Decision Intelligence, etc.)
Strong prospecting, qualification, and commercial communication skills
Self-starter attitude and results-oriented mindset
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
