Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Sourcing & Management: Lead the sourcing of a wide range of claim vendors, utilizing market insights and conducting RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes. Negotiate rates, manage contracts, and ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding.
- Performance Analysis: Use data-driven insights to analyze vendor performance, identify trends, and promote top-performing vendors to our claims teams.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, driving improved performance and value creation.
- Regulatory Excellence: Ensure compliance with complex regulatory frameworks, maintaining strong governance and operational standards.
- Innovation & Change Management: Support and introduce change management initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: A blend of claims and procurement knowledge is ideal. CIPS qualifications, ACII, or any insurance-related qualifications are a plus. Fluency in both Italian and English is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Qliksense is essential.
- Experience: Suitable for recent graduates with approximately 2 years of commercial experience or more experienced professionals in procurement or insurance claims.
