About your future role
The selected candidate will be part of the Control Tower team within Nexi Group Service Assurance department. This Organizational Unit is responsible for monitoring Issuing, Acquiring, Payments and Digital services provided to customers across Europe.
This role is based in Milan, cooperating with other Service Assurance teams located in Greece, Slovakia and Croatia and providing 24/7 support to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our services.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- Monitor Nexi Business services
- Identify and analyze events reported by monitoring system and involve technical teams for incidents resolution
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and ensure timely resolution, leading the war room activities
- Record, analyze and address incidents reported by Customers and Partners
- Manage proactive communication to customers and internal stakeholders about ongoing incidents

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

- Availability to work on shifts including nights and weekends
