CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Responsibilities
- Order Validation & Entry: Conduct order validations and entries.
- Order Confirmation: Confirm customer order receipt, creation, and delivery.
- Monitoring & Management: Monitor and track order statuses, managing claim cases and returns.
- Communication: Provide clear and consistent communication between customers and internal production.
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary contact for customers, including cases of issues or escalation.
- Projects & Initiatives: Support transfer projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Language or Economic Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.
- Professional Experience: Specified years of customer service experience is a plus.
- Skills: SAP experience.
- Languages: Fluent-level English, French and German
