Purpose and main priorities of the role:
The purpose of this role is to ensure seamless and customer-focused management of quality-related claims, acting as a key interface between the customer and internal teams. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement, with the goal of enhancing customer satisfaction and aligning with company quality standards. The position also plays a strategic role in monitoring KPIs and driving cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues efficiently and sustainably.
Your responsibilities will include:
- You will manage and monitor customer claims, ensuring that the claim process is aligned with Group policies and procedures and keeping the customer informed at all levels of the process.
- You will Understand the customer and end users’ problems and work with the production team or other relevant teams to investigate claims to determine root cause and corrective/preventative actions, coordinating customer returns, monitoring claim trends.
- You will Participate in customer meetings related to quality issues to understand the problem and deliver solution in a timely matter.
- You will Interface with Customer Service, Commercial aiming to satisfy the customer´s needs at its best.
- You will Manage KPI´s reporting in line with company standards
Who we are looking for:
- Excellent problem solving, organization and communication skills for building strong relationships with internal and external functions (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of quality tools.
- Strong relational skills and capability to collaborate with the different functions of the plant.
- Knowledge of IT tools / Microsoft office package.
- Result orientation, and customer-centric approach.
- Languages: English
